We are joined aboard by brothers Flavio & Giuseppe Pappalardo of Moka Pot restaurant, as they talk you through a delicious new tasting menu.
As we cruise around the back of Poole’s five islands and take in the breathtaking views, your taste buds will be taken to the Mediterranean, with authentic, freshly prepared dishes.
Our acoustic guitarist will keep the Italian vibes high, but our crew are always on hand if you have questions on our local sights of interest.

1 x Scacciata Potato & Sausage:
Sausage, potato, onion, black olives and mozzarella cheese. (Scacciata is a Sicilian semolina pasty naturally fermented for about 90hrs.
1 Mini Panozzo with Parmigiana:
Panozzo is a ciabatta style bread made of pizza dough and filled with our baked Sicilian parmigiana which is made of fried aubergine, tomato sauce, grana padano cheese, mozzarella cheese, eggs.
1 Mini Pot of Barley and Seafood:
The sea food might change by the time. Usually is mussels, shrimps, squid. All cooked rigorously with Italian spices and with grandma’s recipes.
1 x Fried Pizza Bun:
Homemade pizza bun(naturally fermented for at least 72hrs) with pesto, Mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato, parma ham.
1 x Small Sicilian Cannolo:
Original Sicilian Cannolo shell filled with fresh cream.
1 x Mini Pot Sicilian Lemon or Sicilian Pistacchio granita.
Granita is a kind of Sicilian ice-cream made without milk, very similar to sorbet.
